Refund & Return Policy

At Actunova, we strive to provide high-quality robotics products and components. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled without prior approval.

Returns

Due to the technical nature of our products, returns without reason are not accepted after shipment.

Customers may request a return only if:

  • The item received is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has a verified quality issue confirmed by Actunova.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and related fees.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Actunova is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used, modified, or damaged by improper operation.
  • Custom-made or special-order products.
  • Products returned without prior authorization.
  • Products returned for personal preference, change of mind, or no longer needed after shipment.

Return Authorization

Before returning any item, customers must contact us at actunova@gmail.com to obtain return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

By placing an order with Actunova, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
